Welcome to the second edition of Highland Construction’s newsletter. We are pleased to announce the completion of our latest project on Fraser Way—a remodel defined by bold design choices and sharp details. This edition also provides a glimpse into the Pre-Construction process on our new project, Mescal.

In the Fraser Way remodel, we introduced a modern, unique design with the installation of flush recessed baseboards throughout the home. This design element eliminates protruding edges, creating a sleek and uninterrupted visual flow from room to room. The recessed baseboards not only enhance the bold aesthetic of the house but also contribute to the clean, minimalist lines that define the overall design. It’s a subtle yet powerful detail that sets the tone for the entire space. Every room features a cohesive and dynamic visual experience.

The exterior kept its striking geometric facade, incorporating angular rooflines, slanted windows, and distinctive architectural details.

This remodel was done in collaboration with Lewis Builders. It has been an honor for our team to work alongside with Lewis Builders in bringing the client’s vision to life with this remarkable remodel.

A GLIMPS INTO THE

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

We are proud to introduce the Mescal remodel as Highland Construction’s newest whole home remodel with the addition of a second-story studio. Currently in the Pre-Construction phase, Mescal is going through design concepts focused on creating a space that combines both sophistication and functionality. The studio addition will be thoughtfully designed with built-in storage furniture to utilize the square footage and maximize living space.

Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward with the Mescal Project.
